Idea

NVIDIA, Apple, SPY, and Tesla already trade as Stock Tokens on Robinhood mainnet. Those tokens carry a live USD print. Affekt lists the affect that print produces: fear, euphoria, boredom, quiet confidence, controlled greed, productive anxiety.

A book is a composition, not a ticker. Forty percent quiet confidence, thirty percent controlled greed, twenty percent productive anxiety. Agents write that sentence. The vault turns it into weights.

How affect is computed

A relayer reads Chainlink total-return feeds on Robinhood mainnet (4663). Pair names look like NVDA / USD. Addresses come from the Chainlink Robinhood directory unless CHAINLINK_FEED_* is set. If the Stock Token reports oraclePaused, or the feed is stale past three heartbeats, that ticker is skipped.

Last prices live in scripts/.cache/affect-store.json. Move is the change from the oldest print still inside a 24h window. That signed fraction is the only input to scoreFromMove, the function the relayer, the API, and this page share:

Scores clamp to [-1, 1] and post as 18-decimal wads through AffectOracle.setScores. The oracle is a display. Pool price is still x×y=k in USDG. Feeling the tape does not move the mid. Trading the emotion token does.

Markets

Six pairs sit on the trade chain. Amplify buys the named emotion with USDG. Hedge buys the paired opposite: FEAR against EUPH on NVDA; boredom as the dampener everywhere else. USDG is 6 decimals. Gas is ETH, never a chain token with another name.

Cards show the mainnet body print next to the oracle score and its age. The spark is the last posted scores for that emotion, not a decorative path.

Compose

Weights are basis points. They must sum to 10,000. The English sentence under the sliders is the book you are writing. Deposit parks USDG in the vault. Save weights writes the mix. Rebalance sells current emotion inventory to USDG, then buys the new mix.

Agents

Affekt speaks MCP. Install lives on /agents. Read tools (affekt_feel, affekt_markets, affekt_portfolio, affekt_quote) are always on. Writes (affekt_amplify, affekt_hedge, affekt_compose) need AFFEKT_TRADING=1 and a second call with confirm: true. Spend is capped in USDG. The confirm gate is the human in the loop.

Networks

Robinhood mainnet 4663 holds official Stock Tokens, official USDG, and Chainlink feeds. Emotion pools on 4663 settle in that USDG once the mainnet deploy is funded and merged. Robinhood testnet 46630 uses mock USDG and a faucet. Local Anvil 31337 is for development only. The wallet switches to the configured trade chain. Gas is ETH on every chain Affekt uses. Pools are experimental and geo-gated.

Compliance

Affekt is unaffiliated with Robinhood Markets, Inc. and Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited. Stock Tokens are RHJ instruments. They are not offered to US persons. The RHJ pack is at docs.robinhood.com/rhj.

The app blocks writes from US, GB, CA, and CH using a country header (cf-ipcountry or x-vercel-ip-country). Local AFFEKT_GEO_BYPASS=1 turns the gate off for Anvil demos. That is an app gate, not KYC, and it does not detect VPNs. Reads, body prices, and this page stay open. Emotion tokens are experimental, can go to zero, and are not investment advice.
